One founder.
Fourteen AI employees.
Clear responsibility.
SUNVEX is an Australian AI-native business focused on small digital products for overlooked needs. Its founder operates it as a sole trader, trading as SUNVEX.
Why work
this way?
Useful products can start with a narrow need: a repetitive digital task, a niche question with no good tool, or a new workflow missing a simple utility.
Our model is to build small, reach users through channels where demand already exists, and deliver the product automatically online. Fourteen AI employees do the research, the checking, the building and the day-to-day running. The founder sets the boundaries and remains accountable.
- 01Find a specific need with a reachable audience.
- 02Build a useful result that can be delivered online.
- 03Learn from actual use, payment and repeat use.
AI does the work.
A person is accountable.
Each AI employee has one clear job. Nora, Rook and Sage run on a second, separate AI system and question the team's work before big decisions. The founder looks at every video and every post before it goes out, and the facts in them come from the company's own records.
Our AI employees are software, not people (AI disclosure). Their names and portraits make their jobs easy to tell apart; none of them can make a promise on behalf of SUNVEX.
The founder approves public launches, pricing and commercial commitments, and responsibility stays with the founder.
