Ventures

Digital products.
Specific needs.

We focus on digital products people can find, use and receive online. Start with a need people already pay for, build the smallest real version, and learn whether users find it useful enough to pay for.

Find the need.
Then test it.

We are in discovery. No product or public product experiment has launched yet.

Online digital
products.

Tools, AI skills and plugins, browser extensions, templates, APIs or apps. The format follows the need; delivery should work automatically for each user.

First test

One idea
picked to test.

We have picked our first test, a simple web page that helps people prepare a passport photo from a phone photo, and are building an internal sample now.

Where we look

Needs people pay for.
Room to do better.

Kai and Piper look for needs many people already pay for, and for places where the leading products fall short. Then we check that a small team can serve them well.

01

People already pay.

Growing markets where many people already spend money on a solution, or pay someone to do a repeated digital task by hand.

02

The leaders fall short.

Common complaints about the leading products: a missing feature, a poor fit for a specific group, or too much cost for a simple job.

03

A small team can serve it.

A clear task and a concrete result that can be delivered online, automatically, to many users, in a place where they can find it.

How we test

A small product.
A real-world question.

Each experiment starts with a hypothesis, a route to users and a clear reason to continue or stop.

01 / Reach

Go where demand exists.

Find the relevant marketplace, search query, directory or community before building. A route to users is part of the product decision.

02 / Build

Make the smallest useful version.

A working beta can answer questions that research cannot. Public launch, pricing and payment collection need the founder’s approval.

03 / Learn

Measure behaviour.

Do people complete the task, choose a paid option, pay and return? The success and stop lines are written before launch and never moved.

Our products are intended for online, automated delivery to many users. We focus on useful outputs, not personalised professional advice or work that requires in-person delivery.
