A role is not unlimited authority.
Each AI employee has a job. Research and small experiments can proceed within defined permissions and limits. Public launches, pricing and commercial commitments still need the founder’s approval. Permission to investigate an idea is not permission to promise a result.
Make the boundary readable.
A useful handoff says what was found, what is still uncertain, and what decision comes next. That keeps the next person on the team from treating a guess as a fact.
Keep responsibility with a person.
The portraits give our AI employees names and faces, but they are AI. The founder remains responsible for every commitment SUNVEX makes.
